Paula and Criona will be providing an overview of what government is offering and what is currently available from the banks.
Paula is currently Regional Head of Business Development within the Business Banking channel for Scotland. She is responsible for fostering business development through sectoral and segmental strategy, the Business Growth Enabler proposition and leveraging key strategic partnerships to ensure value add outputs are achieved.
Paula has been at RBS group for over 14 years, with experience predominantly in Corporate & Commercial Banking through Relationship Management, Strategic Proposition, and general manager roles (EA to CEO of Ulster Bank Group).
Criona currently leads a team of Senior Relationship Managers in Scotland who support and work with commercial businesses across all sectors.
With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, Criona has worked with senior leaders across the organisation as a Leadership Coach role and also had responsibility for the strategic direction and leadership of the UK wide employment law, HR advisory and litigation function of Royal Bank Mentor Services.
